Introduction
1. Sacred-Sauna.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as "The Site") is owned and operated
by Sacred Sauna Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Sacred Sauna"). These terms and
conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of The Site and the
services provided herein, including but not limited to the rental of saunas (the
"Services"). By accessing The Site and/or using the Services, you agree to abide
by these Terms.

Eligibility
2. You must be at least 18 years old to access The Site and use the Services. By
agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years
old.

Sauna Rental Services
3. The Site provides a platform for users to rent saunas for events and festivals on
a daily basis. The availability, price, and other details of these rentals will be as
described on The Site.

User Responsibilities
4. Users are responsible for the competent management of the rented sauna during
the rental period. This includes ensuring the safe use of the sauna, compliance
with all operating instructions and safety guidelines provided by Sacred Sauna,
and avoiding activities that could damage the sauna or pose a risk to user safety.
 

Insurance
5. Users are required to have adequate event insurance in place before the start of
the rental period. This insurance must cover potential damage to the sauna,
including fire and accidental damage. Users may be asked to provide proof of
this insurance at the time of booking.
 

Cleaning and Return
6. Users are responsible for thoroughly cleaning the sauna prior to its return to
Sacred Sauna. Any cleaning costs incurred by Sacred Sauna due to a user's
failure to properly clean the sauna may be deducted from the user's deposit or
charged to the user.

Payment Terms
7. Payment for Services must be made in accordance with the pricing described on
The Site. Sacred Sauna reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
 

Cancellations and Refunds
8. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on canceling a booking and
obtaining refunds.
 

Limitation of Liability
9. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sacred Sauna shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of
profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly or any loss of data, use,
goodwill, or other intangible losses.
 

Indemnification
10. By agreeing to these Terms, users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless
Sacred Sauna and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and
suppliers from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and other
expenses (including legal fees), that are caused by or arise from their violation of
these Terms or their use of the Services.
 

Dispute Resolution
11. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any
question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and
finally resolved by arbitration under the Rules of the United Kingdom's Arbitration
Act, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The
parties agree to use their best efforts to resolve any dispute by this arbitration
process before resorting to litigation in the courts.

Governing Law
12. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
United Kingdom.

Changes to Terms

13. Sacred Sauna reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes
will be posted on The Site, and your continued use of The Site and the Services
after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the
changes.
